How do I
place my order online?
Ordering with Totally
Furniture could not be easier. Simply by clicking the
"Add to Cart" button, next to the item you wish to order and from
there on simply follow the options provided. While you are browsing for
additional items you can always go to your order form by clicking the “Show
Order” button. Please feel confident and safe when you place your order we
have taken every precaution to protect your sensitive data sent over the
Internet, for more on this visit our “Privacy Policy” (link) page.

What form of payment can I use?
Totally Furniture
accepts Visa, MasterCard Discover and American Express.
Checks, money orders and cashiers checks are accepted as well. All
checks must clear before merchandise is shipped, returned checks will result in
a $25 charge. Sorry we do not
accept COD orders

will I be charged?
How will you ship my
furniture?
Totally Furniture
is constantly evaluating shipping methods and options
to provide our clients with the best and most economical means of delivery,
consistent with the delivery requirements for each item ordered. We ship via UPS
ground service or by Motor Freight as applicable.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are available by UPS next day or
second day air service only. Our shopping cart calculation method will not
provide you with the correct shipping cost; therefore we will provide you with
the actual cost via e-mail or phone before shipment. Shipments to APO, FPO or
P.O. Boxes are not available.
UPS:
Usually doorstep service is available. Keep in mind that UPS will not notify you
prior to delivery. If you choose to select a more rapid method such as
Second or Next Day Air, there will be an extra charge added to your total with
your approval. We recommend our clients to shop early to avoid unnecessary extra
fees.
Motor Freight:
all items that exceed UPS shipping requirement will ship via common freight
carrier. Common freight carrier is a tailgate delivery service, which means the
driver is not obligated to unload or carry furniture inside your residence or
business. Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Please bear
in mind that assistance to the carrier personnel might be necessary during
delivery.
All shipping methods are available only Monday through
Friday excluding national holidays.
When will my furniture arrive? Most of our furniture will ship in 2-4 days; the delivery can typically be expected in 1-3 weeks from date you have placed the order. If there are any major changes in the delivery schedule we will notify you immediately. Please remember that these delivery time frames are estimated. Manufacturer processing and delivery will vary and we do not guarantee the amount of time it will require each respective manufacturer to produce your order and thus complete your shipment. Orders can be subject to delay due to unanticipated consumer demand, shortfalls in manufacturer supply availability, and batch scheduling.
How can I keep track on my packages? On all UPSable items, we will send tracking numbers via email or through our automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track the package to your door and estimate arrival. Our service is so fast that in some cases you will receive your package before we are able to send your tracking number.
Who Handles Customer Service?

ready-to-assemble furniture produced by the industry.
What is your email reply time? We usually reply to emails within a couple of hours during regular business hours. All e-mails will be returned within one business day at the most.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Once we receive confirmation from the manufacturer that your order is
approved, we won’t be able to cancel your order. If we are able to
cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, no charge will be
applied for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be
responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus a 15% restocking
fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or
returns must be authorized in advance. Please call us at (877) 833-6644
a representative will assess the situation and, if need be, issue
a return authorization.
What
is your Return Policy?
All returned merchandise
must be in original condition and must include all packaging materials and
accessories. Please ship your product directly to the manufacturer; prepaid and
insured by the manner in which you received it within fifteen days from the time
you received it. You will be responsible for round trip freight and a 15%
restocking fee will be applied to your refund. COD is not acceptable under any
circumstances.
What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged? Our manufacturer provides us with the best and most
secure packaging obtainable. Yet, we advise all our shoppers to first inspect
the merchandise and only then sign the delivery form. If you find the package(s)
to be damaged please refuse the shipment.
In the rare incidence that your shipment(s) appears to
be damaged, please take the following steps:
- If the damage is minor and the part can be replaced
please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement parts to be
rushed out, if the product sustained much damage, please do the following.
- If the delivery personnel have already left the
premises, quickly contact UPS or the local office of the freight company and
request the carrier to return the merchandise to the shipper (address indicated
on the package). Please do NOT ship the package yourself as it will delay your
reorder or credit.
- In any case please inform us immediately via e-mail or phone, so we could take the quickest route to remedy the situation.
Will I be charged sales tax? There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of California. Sales tax for orders shipped to California will be added to your final total.
Specials and Promotions: Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.
